Oh my goodness, ‘Real Housewives’ must have a home ownership curse. Yet another housewife Lynne Curtin has recieved a three day eviction notice asking her to vacate her rented Laguna Beach home. The owner’s of the home want the Curtin’s to settle the $12,000 bill or get out. Documents show that Curtin owes a $10,000 security deposit as well as a $600 late fee and $1,763 in other expenses. The homeowner’s added that Curtins haven’t been paying other bills and their utilities have been cut off. Sounds to me like they aren’t living in the home and maybe it was a summer rental. The homeowner’s sound thirsty and so does the real estate agent because the agent claims the Curtin’s owe her a $2500 commission. Do you know of a real estate agent that let’s you move into a home owing them money, let alone $2500?
