Janet Jackson announced via Twitter that she is about to start work on a new album. “I just finished working on the film, ‘Why Did I Get Married Too,’ ” the 43-year-old singer wrote. “I’m looking forward to getting started on my new album!” Along with that news she sent out a photo to members of her fan club – a hint at the mood of the upcoming disc? – in which she looks like something out of “Star Trek.”
Meanwhile, US Weekly reports that La Toya Jackson is in serious discussions to join Season 9 of “Dancing With The Stars.” The mag suggests there’s an offer already on the table for the King of Pop’s 53-year-old sibling. source
