
Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide – and the evidence points to his doctor. Eight weeks after the King of Pop died, a detective’s affidavit revealed Monday what had long been suspected – that the doctor gave Jackson “lethal levels” of the dangerous anesthetic drug Propofol. Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray, who has been the chief target of a manslaughter investigation into his death, has not been charged. The homicide ruling by the Los Angeles County coroner makes it likely that Murray could soon face charges. The affidavit included Murray’s admission to cops that he plied the superstar with an array of powerful sedatives in the hours before his death.
