Pratt was busted at 3:45 a.m. in Hollywood and was taken to the Van Nuys jail where she was booked early Sunday morning. Bail was set at $5000 and she was released around 10:30 a.m. Pacific time.
“It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over,” Sgt. Sal Ogaz told People.com. “She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest.” source
