Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri are indeed together, PEOPLE has confirmed. The couple were rumored to be broken up around the time of Michael Jackson’s death when Dupri did not attend the funeral services. Jackson herself fueled rumors when she told Harper’s Bazaar that she was single.
“They never really broke up,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Jermaine wanted to give her some space when Michael died.”
