Janine Lindemulder, the porn star ex-wife of Jesse James and the mother of his 5-year-old daughter, just lost her case in the bitter custody battle against James and Sandra Bullock. Lindemulder wanted “expanded visitation rights” but was denied those rights in court. Us Weekly reports that Lindemulder’s weekly visitations have been restricted to daylight hours. Since January, Sunny has been living with Bullock in James, while Janine served time in prison for tax evasion.
According to court documents, Bullock and James accuse Lindemulder of being an unfit mother who is married to a felon and falls asleep after drug binges. The 40-year-old Lindemulder has appeared in over 100 adult movies and was recently released from jail for tax evasion. However on “Good Morning America,” the porn star insists that she’s a changed woman.
