His lawyers have filed legal papers to get Shaunies divorce proceedings kicked out of California. Shaunie is so desperate to get as much money as she can, the girl went and un-enrolled his children from their schools and uprooted them from their home in Florida, moving them to California. Why did she do this you ask? Shaunie is playing legal games. California awards much more spousal support than most states and women looking for big cash awards try to file there. The only catch is, Shaunie has to be a resident for six months before she can file for divorce so right now, she can only file for legal separation. In six months she’ll be able to file for divorce. A real gold digger move. No matter what state she lives in the chick has five kids by Shaquille and she’s married to the gigantic player. Why uproot the children in an attempt to get more money? I thought it was all about the kids Shaunie?
