Miley Cyrus wasn’t the only family member to have eyes for her boyfriend and “Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth.
“I don’t know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mom or me,” the 17-year-old singer-actress told “Entertainment Tonight.” Cyrus, who first met the handsome Australian actor on the set of their upcoming Disney film, recently admitted they were an item.
“I was like, ‘No, maybe he’s just too pretty. I don’t want to be with someone who’s better looking than me,” the pop star said. “That’s, like, awkward.” Cyrus’ mom, Tish, was an executive producer on the film – and apparently also a matchmaker who urged her daughter to date Hemsworth, 19.
“My mom was like, ‘No, he is cute – he is!’” Cyrus claimed.

Demi Lovato revealed Friday that she is indeed dating Joe Jonas. During an interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on his radio program, The Billy Bush Show, the host asked Lovato if she’d ever dated any of the Jonas Brothers, “Umm, maybe,” she said coyly.
“Which one? Joe?” asked Bush, to which Lovato said, “Yeah. He’s actually… he’s my best friend.”
Pressing for clarification, Bush said, “So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?”
“No kind of the opposite,” the 17-year-old Sonny with a Chance star explained.

Look at the cute couple, Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. The two took a stroll while holding hands and enjoying the day in Toluca Lake, CA on Sunday.

Sources tell E! News that 25-year-old Lavigne and the Hills star have been seeing each other quietly over the last couple weeks.
“They’re hooking up,” an insider said, “but they’re keeping it low-key.”
Not so low-key that they haven’t been seen in public, however. The pair, who both became single late last year, were first spotted at dinner at Koi on Feb. 4. According to a restaurant source, the “Sk8ter Boi” warbler and 26-year-old hunk left together in the same car and drove to club Voyeur.
They were last seen out again on Thursday, back at Voyeur, where they partied all night.
“You can tell they’re into each other and both like to have a good time,” another source says. “They’re cute together.”
