Police have asked Ben Roethlisberger for his DNA

Ben Roethlisberger has been asked to fork over a DNA sample to cops as part of the investigation into accusations that the NFL star sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman. The Milledgeville Police Department claim they made the request to Ben’s legal team and believe Roethlisberger will comply.

Ben’s lawyer has already stated that his client is “innocent of any crime.”

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has already spoken to police about the alleged incident at the Capital City nightclub in Georgia — but cops say they want to speak with him again sometime this week. source

Naomi Campbell wanted….

Haute-tempered fashion icon Naomi Campbell was on the lam Tuesday night after cops said she beat up her driver in a Manhattan meltdown. Police were combing the city for the 39-year-old catwalk diva, last seen wearing a black designer coat and running through the bustling streets of midtown. It was unclear if at the time of the incident she was in possession of a cell phone – her weapon of choice in at least two past assaults involving hired help.

Miodrag Mejdina, 27, of Queens, complained that Campbell slapped and slugged him while he drove her through midtown in a Cadillac Escalade. Tuesday night, he declined to press charges. Police issued a harassment report, which doesn’t carry any penalty. But cops still weren’t calling off the search for the bratty Brit. Continue reading “Naomi Campbell wanted….

Audrina Patridge Stalker Arrested at her House

Police have arrested a man prohibited from contacting Audrina Patridge outside the reality star’s Los Angeles home.

Los Angeles police Sgt. Kyle Kirkman says Zachary Loring was arrested Friday morning. Officers responded to “The Hills” star’s Hollywood Hills house after Loring was spotted knocking on her door.

Kirkman says Loring was arrested on suspicion of stalking and violating a court order. Jail records show he is being held on $150,000 bail.

Patridge obtained a three-year restraining order against Loring in September. She testified at the time that she was afraid after the 24-year-old repeatedly came to her house and gave her disturbing drawings.

Lil Wayne Saved by the Drill

Lil Wayne was supposed to be going to jail yesterday (February 9, 2010) but that didn’t happen. Wayne’s attorney asked the judge to delay his jail sentence until he recovers from surgery to repair a cracked tooth. Wayne didn’t say a word during the hearing, and judge Charles H. Solomon agreed to give him a pass until March 2. Wayne will now return to Miami, where he’ll undergo oral surgery on Friday and require a week to heal.

But if we know Weezy, then we know sitting tight and recovering isn’t all he’ll be doing over the next few weeks. On March 2, Wayne will begin his one year sentence. source

Lil Wayne Covers Rolling Stones Magazine

For a decade, Lil Wayne has been hip-hop’s great unstoppable force, a 24-hour-a-day recording machine without an off button. But on February 9th, Lil Wayne will have to stop — for 12 months, when he reports to prison to serve a sentence for gun possession stemming from a 2007 arrest in New York City. Rolling Stone stays up all night with Weezy as he prepares to get locked down in our new issue, which is on sale at newsstands today.

“I don’t like to stop,” Wayne tells RS‘ Chris Norris. “I believe you stop when you die.” So in the weeks before he reports to Rikers Island, Wayne is keeping busy — recording tracks bound for Tha Carter IV (the album Cash Money staffers call “C4″ because it’ll be the bomb), shooting videos with his Young Money protégés, spending time with his growing family, and deliberately not asking anyone for advice about life on the inside. “This is Lil Wayne going to jail. Nobody I can talk to can tell me what that’s like,” he says. “I just say I’m looking forward to it.”

While Weezy’s away, his label is relocating to New York to be near him, and his manager Cortez Bryant is exploring ways to keep Wayne in his fans’ minds for the duration — from jailhouse Twitter accounts to endorsements. “I’ll have an iPod, and I”ll make sure they keep sending me beats,” Lil Wayne says. Tha Carter IV — which Norris is told features tougher, faster beats — is scheduled to arrive shortly after he gets out. source

Khloe Kardashian's 7 Year Old Speeding Ticket and Warrant

KHLOE KARDASHIAN has been ordered to pay $200 (£125) in court costs after a Los Angeles judge cancelled a warrant for her arrest stemming from an unpaid seven-year-old speeding ticket.

Khloe forgot to settle the 2003 traffic fine on time, prompting authorities to issue a bench warrant. The fugitive notice failed to show up on her record when she was busted for driving under the influence in 2007 and only surfaced in December (09) after cops were involved in a fight between her and a transvestite outside Hollywood’s Playhouse nightclub.

Kardashian was summoned to court and she appeared before a judge on Tuesday (Feb 2).
But she was given a lucky break – the judge agreed to recall the warrant and dismiss the ticket if she covered the court costs.

Wonder if the judge would’ve been so nice to you? source
